How much does shipping cost for your online purchase?
Shipping is free with all orders in the online store of charlytherapy.com.
What is the delivery time?
We offer expedited delivery so you can enjoy your new glasses as soon as possible. Shipping in 24-72 hours in Spain, between 2 and 5 working days for UE, UK, EEUU and Canada and between 5 and 7 working days for the rest of Europe.
How to track your order?
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email from Charly Therapy with the tracking number. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam box.
How to retrieve your order if you are not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not present at home when your order is delivered, the carrier will leave it at the nearest collection point. You will have 14 days to pick it up with your ID and your order tracking number. If you do not pick up the package within this period, the transport company will automatically return the package to our offices.
What happens if I do not recover my order within the agreed period at the collection point and the transport company returns the package to the sender?
If you leave your package at the collection point, it will be returned to our offices in Barcelona. Write to us at hola@charlytherapy.com indicating your order number in the subject so we can easily identify your case.
If your request is within the period agreed by the right of withdrawal (15 days from delivery to the address or collection point) you can request a refund of the value of the items purchased. The return costs to the sender will be withheld from the amount of the order abandoned at the collection point (€12 in Spain and Portugal, €20 in the rest of Europe).
