How to return a product purchased on the web?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return one or more items.
Any return of an order placed on our website must be communicated in advance by email to our customer service at email@example.com. You must indicate the order number and the references you want to return.
Without this previous email, the return will not be valid.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. No product will be accepted that has suffered a depreciation due to excessive handling (specifically that it was damaged, spoiled, incomplete, used,... ).
The cost of return shipping is at your expense. You can hire the transport of your choice. You bear all risk of this submission. Charly Therapy will not be responsible in case of loss, theft or delay of the returned product. The burden of proof of the return falls on you..
As soon as we receive your return, we will verify the status of the items and proceed to the refund.
Remember to send us a shipping receipt by mail to record the day you sent your return.
How do I get a refund if I return part or all of my order?
Upon receipt of your shipment, if everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the return, through the same payment system with which you did the initial purchase (paypal or bank card).
The refund is activated within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the package at our offices (it is possible that your entity takes a couple of business days to process the deposit).
How will the refund be adjusted in case of partial return of an order purchased with a promotion?
Here is an example:
Total order value: €58.50
Value of the returned item: 1 glasses: €39
Since returning makes the order less than 2 glasses, refund will be reset based on code terms and conditions and no more than 50% discount will be applied on the 2nd unit. Therefore, the final value of the refund will be €19.5.
I bought my item on the website and I want to return it to the store, is that possible?
No, that is not possible, if you have made the purchase through the website, you must follow these instructions for any return or incident.
I have received my order and I want to make an item change. Is it possible?
No, we do not make changes for other items, if the item you bought is not to your liking and you want to change it, you must return it as indicated above. We will refund you and you will have to place a new order if you want another item.
